A private valuation is a basic report that is similar to that required by banks and other lending institutions prior to offering finance. We carry these out for a wide range of different clients and for different purposes.
The report will comment on the property's construction, accommodation and valuation. Vital or significant repairs that will impact on the property's value are also noted.
